Meta Integration

Some features integrate with Meta/Facebook services. Those integrations are subject to both these terms and Meta’s policies.

• We only use official Meta APIs.
• We do not share private health information with advertising systems unless explicitly authorized and compliant.

If Meta changes its platform policies or APIs, some features may be modified or discontinued.

AI Features

AI features are supportive tools only. They do not replace professional judgment and should be verified by a qualified practitioner before use.

You agree to review AI-generated insights before acting on them, and to comply with any applicable professional or regulatory guidelines.

Data Usage

By using the platform, you allow us to process de-identified and aggregated data to improve platform performance, diagnostics, and reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. Data processing is limited to what is necessary for service delivery, analytics, and security.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

We may temporarily suspend access to protect the platform or to comply with legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, and proprietary models are owned by Doctor Digital and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, if any.
